The Villa has four bedrooms, Jacuzzi and large garden with swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing stay for any type of traveler.

There are four bedrooms: the master bedroom, equipped with a king size bed, with private bathroom;

the second bedroom, with double bed, has a large wardrobe; the third bedroom, also double, includes a wardrobe;

the fourth and last room is equipped with two single beds and a small mezzanine.

The Villa has outdoor parking.

The structure is divided into two floors, the ground floor includes a large living room, where you can relax, a bathroom, kitchen and garage.

On the first floor there are the bedrooms and the remaining two bathrooms.

The entire house, including the swimming pool, is for the exclusive use of guests.

The nearest train station is located in Sinalunga, 5km from Lucignano.

It is possible to bring pets and it is forbidden to smoke inside.

In the Villa there are also ters bathrooms equipped with complete sanitary ware. The master bathroom, on the first floor, inside the master bedroom, equipped with shower and Jacuzzi. The second, also on the first floor, is equipped with a large shower.

The third and last, on the ground floor, includes a bathtub.

You will have towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvets, a high chair in case of need, a cot for the little ones and towels for the pool.

Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the Villa.

The villa is located at the cross of Lucignano, is completely surrounded by greenery and nature. For any info you can contact me, so I will give you more specific information to arrive without problems in our structure! :)

We are close to typical landscapes of Tuscany and Umbria such as Cortona, Lucignano, Montepulciano, Pienza, Sangimignano, Assisi, Passignano del Lago Trasimeno.

Cleaning : €250 to be given upon arrival of the guest;

Electricity consumption: €0.60 per KW/h - upon arrival, the three daily bands are checked with the guest: morning A1, afternoon A2, evening A3 and at check out, the count is made, multiplied by 0,60€.

Check-in: after 7pm it costs €10 per hour;

Heating in winter: €30 per day;

Wood: according to consumption.
